At Aepril, we believe in clear and transparent pricing and payment options. Below you can find information about how our prices are determined, which payment methods we offer, and the conditions that apply.

Prices

• All prices listed by Aepril are in euros (€) and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

• Aepril reserves the right to change the prices of products and services at any time. The current prices are always displayed on our website.

• If you pay in a currency other than euros, the total amount will be converted based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. For this, the reference rate of the European Central Bank is used.

• Please note: the final amount charged by your bank or payment provider may differ due to exchange rate variations or additional fees applied by your bank or credit card company. The exact amount in your local currency will always be shown during checkout.

At Aepril, you can pay securely and conveniently using the following options:

• Klarna (pay later)

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments ensures transactions are handled via secure (SSL) connections, keeping your payment details safe and encrypted. Aepril does not store any payment or credit card details.

Additional Conditions

• Any extra fees charged by your bank or credit card provider (such as transaction or currency conversion fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

• When choosing Klarna (pay later), the terms and payment deadlines of Klarna apply. By selecting this option, you agree to Klarna’s terms.

• Aepril reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order if fraud is suspected, incorrect information is provided, or a payment has not been successfully completed.

• Ownership of products is transferred to the customer only once full payment has been received by Aepril.
