Yes! Every Aepril order comes with a track & trace code. Once your order has been processed, you’ll automatically receive an email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Yes! We currently ship throughout Europe and to the UK. All EU-based customers can enjoy smooth, worry-free delivery with no additional customs charges or import fees.
At the moment, we don’t ship outside of Europe, but if you’d really like to place an international order outside Europe, feel free to reach out to us at support@aepril.com, and we’ll see what we can do for you.
If you place your order before 5:00 PM, we’ll make sure it’s processed the very same day and handed over to our shipping partners. From there, the delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

We always share the most accurate information from our shipping partners. In 99% of cases the timing is spot on. Still, during busy seasons, holidays or unexpected delays, your order may take a bit longer to arrive.
Aepril partners only with trusted carriers. In the Netherlands, we ship with PostNL and DHL. At checkout, you’ll often be able to choose the carrier you prefer for your delivery in your country.
Absolutely. Just enter your business address at checkout and we’ll make sure your order is delivered safely and on time.
No, Aepril is an online-only brand. We don’t have a physical store or pick-up point. Your jewelry will always be shipped directly and securely to the address you provide.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it’s no longer possible to change the delivery address. Please double-check your details before completing your order.
For all Aepril orders within Europe, no customs duties or import taxes apply. For orders outside Europe, local regulations may require additional fees.

Below are some common questions about returns & exchanges.
You have 14 days from the day your jewelry is delivered to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if you choose to receive your refund as an Aepril Gift Card, we’ll add an extra €10 bonus, designed to cover your return shipping and give you a little something extra to spend.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your order number or proof of purchase.
Yes, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Items sent back after the 14-day return window are also not eligible.
Simply email your order number to support@aepril.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to send it back.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Absolutely! If you choose to receive your refund as an Aepril Gift Card, we’ll add an extra €10 bonus, designed to cover your return shipping and give you a little more to spend.
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please email us right away at support@aepril.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
You can choose between:
- Aepril Gift Card (+ €10 bonus) – issued within 2–3 business days once your return is processed.
- Refund to your original payment method – processed within 10 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
All exchanges are issued as an Aepril Gift Card with an extra €10 bonus, our way of saying thank you and covering your return shipping.
Once your return is received, your digital gift card will be emailed to you within 2–3 business days, and it’s valid for 12 months.
When returning items purchased as part of a promotion, your order will be recalculated according to the original offer. This may affect your final refund.
For example:
- Returning part of a “Buy 3 for 2” offer means the remaining items will be charged at full price.
- If your return lowers your total below a “Free Shipping” or “Spend & Save” threshold, the discount or shipping benefit no longer applies.
Yes, if returning items brings your order below the minimum spend required for the free gift, it must also be returned. If you decide to keep it, its retail value will be deducted from your refund or gift card.

Of course, we’ll keep you in the loop! As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a link to track your package. You can also log into your account anytime to see how your order is progressing.
We pack your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new items right away, which means there’s only a small window to make changes. If your order hasn’t been processed by our warehouse yet, we might still be able to update or cancel it. You’re welcome to reach out within 30 minutes of placing your order, but please note that we can’t guarantee it’ll be possible.
No worries, you don’t need an account to shop with us. But creating one does make things a little easier! You’ll be able to view past orders, save your shipping details, and track your current deliveries all in one place.

Simply enter your code at checkout in the “Gift card or discount code” box, then click Apply. Just a heads-up, only one promo code can be used per order.
Every Aepril piece comes in our signature cotton pouch, a luxurious touch that makes it perfect for gifting. At the moment, it’s not possible to add a personal message to your order.

At the moment, we don’t offer resizing or repair services. However, our pieces are designed to be durable and long-lasting. If you ever experience an issue, please contact us at support@aepril.com, and our team will do their best to help.
