At Aepril, we want every piece of jewelry to feel special. If something isn’t quite right, we make returning or exchanging your item simple and rewarding.
1 Returns
Return Window
You have 14 days from the day your jewelry is delivered to request a return.
Conditions
To be eligible, your item must be:

In its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returned with a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Items returned after the 14-day window.
How to start a return
Email your order number to support@aepril.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide the instructions to send it back.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you choose a refund via Aepril Gift Card, we’ll add an extra €10 bonus to your balance, designed to cover your return shipping and give you a little more to spend
Aepril is not liable for lost or damaged returns, so we always recommend a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your jewelry is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@aepril.com so we can resolve it quickly.
Refund options
When your return has been received and approved, you may choose:

Aepril Gift Card (+ €10 bonus)

Receive your refund as a digital Aepril Gift Card with an additional €10 bonus value.

Example: return of €50 → gift card worth €60.

Gift cards are issued within 2–3 business days after your return has been processed.

Valid for 12 months on any Aepril purchase.

Refund to your original payment method

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

2 Exchanges
Exchanging at Aepril comes with a little thank-you.

Instead of sending money back, all exchanges are issued as a digital Aepril Gift Card.

Every exchange gift card includes an extra €10 bonus, designed to help cover your return shipping costs and as our way of saying thank you.

Example: exchange value €50 → gift card worth €60.

The gift card will be emailed to you within 2–3 business days after we receive your returned item.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to find the piece you truly love.
3 Promotions & Exceptions
When items purchased under promotions are returned, your order will be recalculated to reflect the original terms of the offer. This may affect your final refund.
How promotions affect returns

Buy 3 for 2

If part of your order is returned, the remaining items will be charged at full price.

Bundle or set discounts (e.g. “2 for €50”)

If one item is returned, the other item reverts to the regular price.

Spend & Save promotions (e.g. “10% off orders over €100”)

If your return lowers the order total below the threshold, the discount no longer applies.

Free gift with purchase

If your return lowers the order total below the minimum spend, the free gift must also be returned.

If you keep it, its retail value will be deducted from your refund or gift card.

Multi-buy / tiered offers (e.g. “1 for €20, 2 for €35, 3 for €45”)

If you return part of the order, the kept items will be recalculated at the correct tier price.

Free shipping thresholds

If your return lowers the order total below the free shipping minimum, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or gift card.
