As our brand continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver a flawless experience to every customer.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Aepril. You’ll guide customers through their shopping experience, answer questions, and ensure they feel supported from first contact to final delivery. Your goal: making every interaction as personal, smooth, and memorable as the jewelry itself.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Advise customers on products, sizing, shipping, and returns
- Handle complaints with empathy and find the right solutions
- Support with order and return processing
- Identify common customer questions and share feedback with the team
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve our customer experience
Who You Are
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Friendly, patient, and professional communication style
- Excellent written and spoken English (Dutch or other languages are a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- A genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
- Available at least 12 hours per week (daytime, evenings and/or weekends)
